Yu Yu Hakusho, Steins;Gate (and 0), Inuyasha, FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Serial Experiments Lain, Cowboy Bebop, Fractale, as well as various movies like When Marnie Was There, Your Name and Spirited Away. I guess the old Pokemon anime too. I also liked Sonic X though I don't really remember much from it. I've seen a few others but those are my favorites. Code Geass might join them.
